Invalid radioID with dmr and p25

Here is a news item excerpt  from the Brandmeister.network webpages,  this is important as I have also seen a few VK callsigns running invalid RadioID's  on the BM network. As the message states, you need to register and obtain a  valid RadioID number from RadioID.net that matches your callsign, otherwise the network administrators will block you.

Oh, yes: and the WSJT-X 2.6.1 General Availability (GA) release is now

Version 2.6.1 is a bug-fix release.  It corrects a flaw in Q65 mode that
prevented display of the T/R period spinner, makes initialization of the

the program is started in FT8 Hound mode, and corrects a bug causing
program crash with more than 100 decodes in a single FT8 sequence.
Additional details can be found in the Release Notes:
https://wsjt.sourceforge.io/wsjtx-doc/Release_Notes_2.6.1.txt

The WSJT Home Page is now located here: https://wsjt.sourceforge.io/

WSPR on 40.680 MHz

checking out the WSPR related pages on Facebook, I can see there is plenty of activity on 40.680 MHz, I thought just a couple people,  but last couple weeks, there is heaps, particularly on paths between North America and Europe, with a few path openings to ZL and VK. I really would like to setup a receiver and  antenna to see what I hear.

updated my VK-DMR handheld and hotspot today 12th Feb 2023

I finally got around to updating my  VK-DMR Pi-Star hotspot and my TYT MD380 handheld, these are the ones I use for VK-DMR. This  reconfig and re-programming is keeping in line with the changes made by the VK-DMR network on 9th February, 2023.  I fixed up the hotspot to remove old static TG's I used to monitor and shifted the TG's on TS2 over to TS1, leaving only TG505 and ECHO in TS2. TG505 is the only static TG now, all the rest of the TG's in TS1 are UA (dynamic).

Out of the UA based TG's I only interested in TG's 5,9,530, 1910, 3801-3809, WICEN 3810, VK-JOTA 30
